How we work

We are a home visit physiotherapy service. There is no walk-in clinic, and that is a deliberate choice rather than a limitation. Sessions run one to one, at the patient's residence, for the full duration.

Treatment starts with an assessment covering movement, strength, balance and the daily activities that have become difficult. Any reports or surgeon's instructions are reviewed first. From there a plan is built and progressed session by session, with whoever helps at home shown how to support safely.

Our base is at Shipra Krishna Vista Plaza in Ahinsa Khand 1, near Shanti Gopal Hospital and Jaipuria Mall, and Indirapuram is where most of our patients live.

What we will and won't tell you

Physiotherapy gets oversold. Nobody can guarantee an outcome, and any service that does is worth being sceptical about. What we can do is assess properly, be specific about what we think is going on, and give an honest range for how long improvement usually takes.

Where a problem needs medical review, imaging or a surgical opinion, we say so and ask you to see your doctor. Continuing physiotherapy while ignoring something that needs a different answer helps nobody.

We also won't pad out a treatment course. When a patient is doing well on their home programme and doesn't need weekly visits any more, that's what we'll tell you.

How progress is measured

Rehabilitation works better when progress is measured rather than assumed. At each visit we recheck the same things from the first assessment: how far the joint moves, how many times you can stand from a chair, how far you can walk, how the symptoms behave after exercise.

Service hours and scope

Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 21:00. Sunday 09:00 to 12:00. Appointments are arranged in advance by phone or WhatsApp so a physiotherapist can be scheduled for your locality.

Equipment needed for assessment and treatment is carried by the therapist, so no special setup is required at home.
