Physiotherapy that comes to you
Most people who call us have been putting it off. The knee has been sore for four months, or a parent has stopped going down to the park, or someone came home after surgery and the exercises they were given in hospital have quietly stopped happening. The common thread is that getting to a clinic is one more thing to organise on a day that already has too much in it.
Home physiotherapy removes that step, and it adds something a clinic can't. When a physiotherapist stands in your flat, they can see the bed you struggle to get out of, the step down to the balcony, the chair you feed the baby in and the desk that's been wrecking your neck since 2021. The plan gets built around those, not around a generic version of them.
We are based at Shipra Krishna Vista Plaza in Ahinsa Khand 1, near Shanti Gopal Hospital and Jaipuria Mall, and we visit patients across Indirapuram and the surrounding areas of Ghaziabad and Noida.

Home physiotherapy
Who it suits, and how the first visit works
Who home physiotherapy suits
It isn't the right answer for everyone. But for a large group of patients, home visits are clearly the better option, and often the only realistic one.
- Patients recently discharged after surgery, who cannot travel comfortably
- Older adults who are unsteady on stairs or in the lift lobby
- Anyone whose pain is provoked by sitting in a car or auto
- Stroke and neurological patients who need frequent, task-based practice
- People needing three or four sessions a week, where travel becomes the obstacle
- Working professionals who can only manage early morning or late evening
What a first visit involves
The first appointment is longer than the ones that follow, usually 45 to 60 minutes, because most of it is assessment. We go through how the problem started, what makes it worse, what treatment or surgery you've already had, and what you most want to get back to doing.
Then we test: joint movement, muscle strength, balance, and the specific tasks that have become hard. Treatment starts on the same visit, and you're left with a short home programme written in plain language.
Bring out any prescriptions, X-rays, MRI reports or discharge summaries you have. Instructions from a treating surgeon are followed exactly.
