Noida is a wide area and we don't pretend to cover all of it equally. The sectors closest to the Ghaziabad boundary, and the residential belt through the middle of the city, are where we visit most often. Sectors further down the Expressway are possible but depend more on the day's schedule.

What's distinctive about Noida is the mix. It has a large office-going population in the Sector 62 and 63 belt, established residential sectors where many original allottees are now in their seventies, and a fair number of people who train seriously enough to injure themselves doing it.

Who books home visits in Noida

The largest group is working professionals with neck, back or shoulder pain that traces back to a desk. For them the value of a home visit isn't only convenience. It's that the therapist can look at the actual desk, chair and monitor height that produced the problem, which is impossible to do properly from a clinic.

The second group is older residents in the established sectors, often living in a house with stairs, dealing with knee arthritis or recovering after a joint replacement. And a third, smaller group: recreational athletes with ankle, knee or shoulder injuries who want rehabilitation that fits around training rather than replacing it.
